Completing An Application that An Applicant Started Overview

When using the Create Application function, if an applicant starts an application and then requires assistance, it is possible for a site manager to complete the existing application on their behalf without having to create a brand-new application.

How to complete an application that an applicant started

  1. From the desired Household Page, click on the Application tab, then click Remove Prospect from Application.
  2. The page will refresh and now it will be possible to complete the application on the applicant’s behalf.

Note

The permission Compliance - Remove Prospect From Application controls a user's ability to use this feature.  Remove Prospect from Application will only be available if the site manager has the permission set, the application is a site manager created application, a prospect has been linked to the application and the application has not already been submitted.
