Correcting “Screening Failed” error in RentCafe
The issue occurs when an applicant's
relationship to the head of household is set to "Other" or
"Adult", in RentCafé. This cause the screening result to fail. All “Applicant
Types” MUST be set to “Applicant”. To resolve it, users must verify in Voyager
that all applicant types are set to "Applicant."
