Registering for Resident Portal as a resident in Rent Cafe
When prospects apply through online leasing, they are automatically registered for a Resident Portal account. Residents who are currently living at your property but are not registered for resident services can still register for Resident Portal from the property website, the corporate website, or the RentCafe ILS (RENTCafe.com). Residents must verify their email addresses when they register.
Before a resident can register for Resident Portal, you must send the resident their registration code. A registration code is the resident’s t-code. You can find the t-code on the resident record in Voyager or on the User Management dashboard in Site Manager.
